3 Days Left Before the First Model S Electric Sedans are Delivered
The Model S electric sedan is scheduled to be delivered to the first paying customers in 3 days (with some exceptions), which will mark a new period in the young company’s life. If all goes well, the Model S will mark the transition from super-expensive/low-volume, which the electric Roadster was, to a lower priced and higher volume EV. This will then pave the way for the third generation of Tesla vehicles, the still under-development inexpensive/high-volume model.
In the meantime, you can enjoy this video-tour of Tesla’s state-of-the-art factory in Fremont, California.
